Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with both our customer service and the quality of our Kimberley & Co products. 

Refunds are only accepted if for any reason your product is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, not general wear & tear. When we receive your returned item and the refund has been approved the refund amount + postage will  resolved via direct deposit or Paypal depending on your original method of payment.

Kimberley & Co does have the right to reject a refund if we feel it's not in unused condition.

At Kimberley & Co, we do not issue a refund for change of mind. However if you are unhappy with your chosen item (wrong colour ect) we will issue a exchange,  only to be used online. Please read carefully to each products description as each cowhide, leather & handmade piece will vary in colour, texture & feel making each item unique. We do try to make the information as accurate as possible.

Please note - we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges - if you are wanting to exchange an item you have purchased from us we will happily do so provided it is within 14 days of purchasing the item, original unused condition and it is at  your cost to cover the cost of the return postage. 
Prior to returning any Kimberley & Co leather piece please send through an email to kimberleyandco@outlook.com to notify us of you request.
